How do I Stream my 360 with a AVer Media 23888 Video Capture?

Recently, I discovered that my PC has a built in AVer Media 23888 Capture Card. It's apparently built in with the whole TV tuner program. My main question is since I have it, how would I go about streaming my 360 onto my PC with it? It has the RCA plug ins on it. Is there any specific software I would need? Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
