Old Zenith 13 in TV help! lines constantly go through the screen how do i fix this?

there's diagonal lines that constantly go through my tv, it's not a tuner problem though. has anyone else had a problem like this before? how do i fix it? i only got this tv so i could play my gamecube in my room.
