Is bp to blame for last years oil spill?

haha sorry but this is kind of funny. people who are agianst Obama will say anything to make him seem like a bad leader. I mean honestly how could have Obama made the oil spill? he didnt clearly! bP's thingy majig blew up in the ocean. They shouldve inspected it, but no it costed too much money. So everyone blamed Obama for the mess. pretty pathetic i know, like how could Obama even be involved? But it is all BP'S fault and yes, they got off the hook. pfft who knows why??
