My juvenile leopard gecko isn't using his front legs just his back...when he walks he glides on his front legs?

I don't know what is wrong with him...I need your alls help! He get's fed 4 mealworms a day and they are dipped in ReptoLife which provides vitamins and calcium. I don't know what is wrong.
