Best 1080p TV UNDER $500?

I want a tv that would be sitting 7 feet away from my bed and I was thinking of buying the Lg 32LD450. Anything of better value? I have a 2.1 multimedia system so I need a 3.5mm jack or rca outs.In addition it must have a built in tuner. Please suggest some more tvs. I was thing of getting the $450 sharp 40" tv and it has 1080p but idk. Please help me decide!
