How do i fix my hp pavilion dv4 tv tuner remote?

Hey i have an Hp Pavilion dv4 2040us and i recently re installed windows, ever since then my tv tuner remote has stopped responding, but yet it does work on my other laptop.. im guessing the issue is a software issue? or maybe i dont have the driver.. please help, thanks!
