How to get my parents less strict? 10 pts?

Basically I'm 13 and now that I'm getting older I want to have more freedoms. My parents don't usually let me stay out later than 9. It makes me feel upset because everytime I'm hanging out with my friends in always the first one to leave while their parents let them hang out until midnight. I would at least like to stay till 9:30 but whenever I ask something like that they think I'm crazy, considering they go to bed at 9. I don't think they know that 9 Is indeed NOT late. They also do this really annoying thing were I'm hanging out with my friends and they won't even text me saying they are coming and just walk in and come pick me up!!! I hate that so much!!! Then another thing. I'll be like pick me up at 6 and they come at 5:36 and I'll be like I thought you were coming at 6 and they just say we r early. No other parent is like that and it really annoys me. They don't let my brother play call of duty, modern warfare, halo, etc when people younger than him can. How can I convince them that I am responsible?? I get good grades I'm always invited into programs I get into anything I'm interviewed for. So basically im a good girl. But I honestly hate sneaking around them. They think I shouldn't even be texting boys, when honestly I'm getting older and yes I am going to start talking to boys. Sometimes when I go out with my Friends boys are with us but my parents dont understand that NO we do NOT have sex kiss make out while we r there! We hang out and have fun! But that seems impossible for them! So basically I have to lie so I don't get in trouble. I hate it but honestly I need some time with my friends, it's summer for gods sakes! Help me?
