What shoulld i do for my thirteenth birthday?

Hi. I'm turning thirteen this year on October 21. YAY!!! the problem is idk wht to do for my party. My parents dont want to be toooo expensive, but i want it to be unforgetable. I'm not a girly girl, nor tom boy. I'm just a girl- lol. My parents wanted to have a dance party, but idk. I always feel aukward at those. I need y'alls help! thanks-
