Can anyone suggest a TV tuner for 60 dollars or less?

I am looking for a good TV tuner for my laptop so I can record TV without having to use the household DVR. I want one that accepts digital channels, is good quality, works with Windows Media Center on Vista, and has a clear signal and recording features, if windows media center does not already have that. Can somone suggest something. I don't really know what to get.
