How should I set up my wifi?

Uh, you are going to VPN to your home network through the college network to get internet and expect it to be faster than the college wifi? LOL! You don't have a clue here do you? Or is it you think your wireless router will pick up your home network? Not unless your home is no more than 50 feet away from your dorm room.
