What is an optimized intergraph?

I was told I am going to have a question on optimized intergraphs for a job interview as software developer, I have searched google and other search engines for that, with no satisfactory answer (as a matter of fact, the search results don't seem to be related to the topic of the interview). It would be great to hear of any clues about this term.
