Does it ever annoy you when?

You ask an important question and people answer with a response that proves they are COMPLETELY CLUELESS about the topic, but they act like rude smart a$$ed know-it-alls? It sucks that YA no longer gives an option for no best answer anymore. At least now on any of my questions.
