He comes into my life and I don't know what to do?

Long story short, I reunited with my best friend from 8th grade. He always had a crush on me but last year we found each other, and ver since than it's been up an down. We both have a child then a month lady he founds out he is having a second baby. This is after he tells me he wants to with me n supposedly breaks up with his baby mother. I told him to go back to her n help her out but he helps her but don't want to have anything to do with her (hmmm mm). So anyway when I told him I will accept all of this, which I really didn't mean, he backed out, so I tol him to just leave me be and don't call or text me. He calls me four months later. I started school so I barely talked to him plus I had my man. Now here we r back a year later and he alls me telling me wants to be with me. But when I want to see him, he doesn't comply, or it's bs. So I told him to leave me alone, real talk I'm tired of this in n out bs. Dude said ok . He calls me yesterday saying he wants to make **** right. To me all he was doing is trying to use me for his convenience. Idk to e honest. I'm tired of the games, is it even worth a try? Or I'm wasting my time ?
