Does my daughter's father want to get back with me or somthing?

Me and my daughter's father have not been together for four years now. And i recently brooked up with my bf like at the begining of this month. Anyways he was happy bc he didn't like my ex. So lately he has been acting weird saying how he wants to start doing family things togother with our daughter. I felt bad bc a few weekends ago he asked me in the last minute if i wanted to go with him and our daughter to the carnival and i didn't go bc i had plans and he knew that and plus it was his weekend. Andways once it came to pickin her up from that weekend he said how he wanted to take me and our daughter out to eat one day during the week since i didnt get to go with them to the carnival,but we never ended up doing anything when that week came around. And now last weekend he asked me in the last minute to cut his hair when he has never asked me everrr bc im a hairstylist but he has never asked me once up until now and when i had to come by to pickup the childsupport money he was all upset that i couldnt do it and he asked to borrow my clippers and just have his brother do it but he was like i really wanted you to do it..and then as he was giving me the money he was jokeingly saying alls you want is money money from me and you cant come by just to see me..and was like yeah why else would i come by i was like its not like ya want to see me anyways jokeingly and he was like yead i do..and i was just like ohh...are you ok? lol and he was like yeah and he wanted to give me a huge goodbye so i gave him one. which was weird bc he hasnt once within these four years of not being together lol. the thing thats bothering me now is i have feelings for him and i dont know how to go about things too.so any advice would help right now..
